A City In The Evening

Evening lights ,broadening horizons
and the cloud burst above in the sky...
hand in hand floating away in our dream of togetherness
honking cars in the street light ,souls waving in tiredness
the cold breeze waving your hair in my lips
the smell of your skin,can i forgive all my deeds?


the endless kiss on your shoulders
and your innocent eyes tells me an another story
of love life and togetherness
the rainbow of love come across the sky
passing through the darkness of desire and lust

can we meet and see the sun goes down again?
can we kiss the sun goodbye(together)
and wait for the night to come in...
your carelessness inside my arms
and your breath on my neck

how we hold the tear drops now?
and how we bid goodbye...
the evenings are empty
and our nights are colder...
 and this is how we loose ourselves
in our own breath...

a city in the evening
and an everyday mind in work again
may be we bid goodbye everyday

but remember even the city lights  are here everyday...
